The Brass Taproom, Wichita's most hidden treasure, features a secret bookcase entrance that leads to a reproduction of an 1880's saloon that will have you and your guests feeling like you stepped back in time.


Details throughout, including a hand placed tin ceiling, custom period design bar and bar back, historic "views" of 1800's Wichita in backlit "windows", custom crafted tables and authentic period antiques, including our vintage Brass Tap, complete the experience.

We're happy to adjust the atmosphere from minimal, partial, or full lighting to suit the mood and style of any event.

PRIVATE EVENT OPTIONS AND INFO

AMENITIES AND INCLUSIONS

Our 2,000+ sq.ft. venue accommodates up to 140 guests for events ranging from Showers, Parties & Corporate Events to Micro Weddings.

 

  • Available for daytime, evening and/or late night reservations, seven days a week.
  • Event rentals include full bar service with dedicated servers and bartenders.
  • We provide comfortable bar side seating, high top tables and 4 top table seating (combinable for group seating). Cake/Present tables are also available upon request.
  • The Brass Taproom features three 7' Diamond pool tables that can be added to your event rental.
  • Full menu or catering menu options.
  • All table service items are provided.
  • Full clean up service.

BAR & FOOD SERVICE

Bar service options range from cash bar to prepaid (w/drink tickets), post pay single ticket, beer only to full menu and more. We'll even create a signature cocktail for you or order your favorite wine, spirits or beer!


Dining services are flexible as well. Whether you're thinking of a plated dinner for your guests or a catered buffet, we're here to help. Our Catering Menu includes a variety of options--if you have something specific in mind, let us know what you envision or ask us for suggestions.

RENTAL RATES

Pricing:

Monday - Wednesday       $50 per hour*

Thursday & Sunday         $100 per hour*

Friday & Saturday            $125 per hour*


*2 hour minimum. A 50% deposit of the Room Rental reserves your date.
